If it's yahoo i think they pick it 45 min before the draft.

If I remember correctly, I thought Jones was getting the number one pick? Are we going to base it off of last year or are we going to shuffle it up since we will have new players in the league?

I think with new players the landscape completely changes, thus the need for a shuffle

Yeah I've done yahoo the last two years and it will randomly pick it for you a little before. The commish just has to set the rules and times i think.
